We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and the location was perfect for our needs. We were able to easily access the cable car for the Zuguldi ridge and start our 4 day hike to Ushguli, while also being close enough to walk to the city center. The rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds, and we enjoyed the generous breakfast provided each morning.

the exclusive amenities offered exceeded my expectations, with standout features like the private facilities and packed lunches. the staff were polite and accommodating to my special diet requirements, and the garden area provided a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of the nearby town. the location advantages of this hotel were great , a mere stone's throw from the chair, lifts.

the room did become warm at times, which was a slight inconvenience for me.

The hotel's location was perfect for a relaxing new year's vacation. the fact that it was not in the city center added to its charm as it was really quiet. the hotel is located near key tourist spots such as a museum and chairlifts. the best aspect, however, was definitely the cleanliness of the rooms and the great views from the balcony. Plus, the quality of the breakfast was really good.

That it was a bit warm in the room. Other than that, we had no complaints.
